Job Summary
Oversee administration of HR policies and programs, including recruitment, onboarding, health and safety, training, career development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as EEO, FMLA, and FLSA while assisting line managers in applying HR programs to departmental operations. Address employee and candidate inquiries regarding HR policies and offerings, lead other HR employees with full authority for personnel decisions, and coach production leaders to enhance leadership skills. Administer established policies impacting budgeting and strategic planning. Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration required with 6+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in human resources management
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR concepts and principles
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks following established processes
- Experience in coaching and training production leaders
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
