Job Summary
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, Factory Act, EPF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and Gratuity regulations. Liaise with government authorities to maintain statutory records, licenses, and timely filings while managing contractor compliance, audits, and contract labour deployment. Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions, attendance, leave, and final settlements. Handle the employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Maintain employee records, HRIS, and implement factory HR policies. Address employee grievances and support healthy industrial relations. Coordinate HR compliance for WHO-GMP, Schedule M, ISO, customer, and internal audits. Conduct compliance awareness sessions and coordinate employee training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Factory HR, Statutory Compliance, Payroll, and Contract Labour Management
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and factory compliance requirements
- Ability to work with government authorities, auditors, and cross-functional teams
