Job Summary
Maintain Human Resource Information System records in SAP, Kronos, and Success Factors while reviewing and tracking all disciplinary actions. Coordinate company functions, meetings, and fundraisers; accept applications, conduct interviews, and manage orientation. Consult with management and supervisors on company issues, communicate policies to employees, and process documentation such as FMLA and enrollment forms. Manage injured workers documentation, attend quarterly claim reviews, and assist with transitional work scheduling. Serve as the employee-company liaison for employment issues and ensure compliance with OSHA logs and affirmative action audits. Sign off on weekly timecards and order employee uniforms. Maintain confidentiality of all employee files and compensation data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience
- Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree and/or certification in Human Resources or a related field
- 5 or more years of Human Resources experience supporting a large manufacturing facility
- Ability to make decisions based on standard practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high levels of professionalism
- HRIS experience (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
