Job Summary
Lead HR operations and strategy for Cartonplast's German units, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding while ensuring compliance with labor and data privacy laws. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and site leaders, driving performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning across four production sites. Coordinate payroll reporting, handle disciplinary matters, and lead employee surveys to foster a positive work environment. Manage external recruiting partners and contribute to group-wide HR initiatives. Requires 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or logistics, with fluency in German and English. Start date and salary expectations required for application.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Recht, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Fach
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre kontinuierliche HR-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung in einer internationalen Fertigungs-, Logistik- oder Industrieumgebung
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als HR-Generalist oder HR-Manager mit Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Sehr gutes Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Skills
- Pragmatisch
- Selbstbewusst
- Bereitschaft, regelmäßig zu unseren vier Produktionsstandorten zu reisen
Desired Qualifications
