Job Summary
Coordinate all personnel matters within the facility, including tracking time, processing payroll, recruiting for open positions, and onboarding new hires. Manage the full employment cycle for all staff while assisting the administrator on personnel issues and upholding federal, state, and local employment laws and hospital policies. This exempt, full-time role requires 2-3 years of HR experience, with a background as an HR Generalist and proficiency in payroll systems and Bamboo strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in an HR role
- previous experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent
- Experience with payroll process and systems
