Human Resources Manager

Oversee all aspects of human resources practices, including developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process from job posting to onboarding, and conducting new employee orientations. Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns while implementing performance management processes, goal setting, and improvement plans. Develop and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain accurate employee records. Manage benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, while collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and partner with the CEO on organizational matters.
