Hybrid HR Manager for US-based distribution operations serving as strategic partner to director/leadership; deliver value-added HR support across employee relations, talent development, compensation/benefits, recruitment, and policy interpretation; partner with COEs in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation to scale the business; conduct employee relation investigations and coach managers; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; manage performance reviews and engagement surveys; travel 25-50%; balance in-office presence at Motion Distribution Centers with work-from-home flexibility; preferred locations include Merrillville, IN; Fort Mill, SC; Birmingham, AL; Lakeland, FL.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of related experience
