Job Summary
Lead day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and organizational development. Serve as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation and workplace concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate communication of company initiatives. Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipelines while managing compensation programs, market benchmarking, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and coordinate government reporting. Partner with leadership to shape the employee experience and support succession planning. This role requires five years of progressive HR experience and is located on-site in a manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
- Five years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Experience partnering with managers and supporting a diverse manufacturing workforce
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong internal customer focus and commitment to employee service
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Limited travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
