Job Summary
Leads the People & Culture function by setting clear goals, maintaining effective HR systems, and ensuring policies and practices are fair, compliant, and aligned with organizational values. Develops and maintains HR programs, oversees full-cycle recruiting, administers employee benefits and payroll, ensures accurate HR records and compliance with applicable employment laws, conducts investigations and exit processes, maintains HRIS data integrity and generates reports, and partners with leaders to improve employee experience and organizational culture. This is a full-time, on-site HR leadership role based in Holland, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of human resources experience
- Ability to guide conversations, support conflict resolution, and encourage open communication
- Excellent understanding of key employment laws and regulations
- Comfortable interpreting policies and helping leaders and employees understand their responsibilities
- Proven experience with compensation and benefits programs, including pay structures, market benchmarking, and benefits selection and administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
