Job Summary
HR Manager – Charleston role supporting Daher’s Logistics division site: implement Daher North American HR standards, recruit and staff logistics positions, ensure compliance with labor laws and Daher policies, manage payroll flow and benefits rollout, participate in onboarding and separations, partner with Site Manager to drive employee engagement, and lead HR operations KPIs. Requires 10+ years HR experience, 8+ years in leadership, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and proficiency with Workday/UKG; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. Responsibilities include policy deployment, audits, employee relations, training and development, performance reviews, salary increases and bonus payments, and regional HR initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years HR experience
- Minimum 8 years in an HR leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field
- Experience managing a team including team development
- Experience with payroll system operations and reporting functions (Workday and UKG)
- Experience with employee relations and conducting employee investigations
- Experience managing full life cycle for recruiting (warehouse/distribution environment)
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred
