Human Resources Manager

Oversee recruitment, total compensation, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and operating procedures. Assist in interviewing and hiring HR team members, manage candidate selection processes, and partner with vendors to attract a diverse pool. Administer employee benefits by responding to unemployment claims, attending hearings, and auditing provider reports. Support new hire orientations, facilitate cross-training, and conduct on-the-job training to ensure successful daily operations. Maintain effective employee communication channels, review progressive discipline documentation, and utilize an open-door policy for timely issue resolution. Ensure employee files are properly maintained, secure medical records, and facilitate drug testing processes. Manage workers compensation claims, represent HR at safety committees, and communicate safety policies through orientation and meetings.
