Human Resources Manager Colombia

Human Resources Manager Colombia (remote) responsible for supporting Porch's Colombia-based workforce via the Employer of Record partner, coordinating payroll/compliance with the EOR and ensuring alignment with Porch's HR strategy. Duties include local employee relations, Colombi an labor law guidance (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo), training and development, policy guidance, performance management support, hiring collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Workday/EOR platform support, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Requires degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience), 8+ years HR experience, strong Spanish–English communication, knowledge of Colombian labor regulations, and ability to work in a virtual, cross-time-zone environment. Some travel may be required. The role emphasizes partnering with HRBP teams, EOR vendors, and cross-functional leaders to design organizational structure, manage probations, and drive employee engagement within Porch's global, remote-friendly culture.
