Job Summary
HR Manager partners with functional managers to develop human capital plans and strategy, supports the HR Director and managers with identifying organizational issues, drives talent management, recruitment of exempt positions, campus recruiting, and development of training, while ensuring compliance, safety, and effective employee relations across union and non-union teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 progressive HR generalist/business partner experience
- Manufacturing/Construction or related industry experience preferred
- Experience supporting a union workforce
