Job Summary
Lead site-based human resources activities for Coeur Silvertip's transition from care and maintenance to future operations. Partner with site leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, coach leaders on performance management and organizational design, and develop scalable HR processes for operational readiness. Manage workforce planning, mobilization logistics, and onboarding while conducting workplace investigations and ensuring compliance with BC employment legislation. Champion company values, lead employee engagement initiatives, and maintain HR metrics and reporting. Work a two-week rotation schedule with 12-hour shifts at a remote camp, supporting the project's growth through integrated people considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related discipline
- 8–12+ years progressive HR leadership experience
- Previous experience supporting mining, construction, heavy industrial or resource operations
- Experience supporting operational readiness, project development, major organizational growth or large-scale workforce mobilization
- Experience coaching senior operational leaders
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Strong understanding of British Columbia employment legislation
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to work a two-week rotation schedule, with 12-hour shifts per day at a remote camp
Desired Qualifications
- CPHR designation preferred
