Job Summary
Lead the hospital's HR function by serving as a strategic partner to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and administering leave and workers' compensation programs. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and workforce planning to support a safe, healthy workplace for caregivers and patients. Collaborate with Corporate HR to implement best practices and coach managers on leadership development. This role requires a minimum of three years of progressive HR experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employment law, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two or more years of HR leadership or management experience
- Healthcare or hospital HR experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
