Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership to align human resources strategy with organizational goals while managing full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Serve as the primary escalation point for high-risk employee relations, internal investigations, and termination decisions, ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee the comprehensive benefits portfolio, including vendor renewals and HRIS administration, and provide coaching to department leads on leadership development and complex team dynamics. Cultivate workplace culture through engagement initiatives and recognition programs while maintaining accurate payroll data transmission to Finance. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven capability to drive macro-level human resources strategy
- Advanced expertise in handling sensitive employee relations issues
- Strong background in the strategic oversight of comprehensive corporate benefits portfolios
- High emotional intelligence
- Mature Christian
- Agreement with and adherence to CCV's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct

- Ability to work discreetly with confidential information
- Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences
- Maintain a high level of professionalism focused on client/constituent relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record in a Director or leadership capacity
- Master's degree
- Executive HR Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR)
- Proven capability to drive macro-level human resources strategy (such as integrating with EOS frameworks)
- High emotional intelligence with demonstrated success coaching department heads through complex team dynamics and driving organization-wide culture initiatives
