Job Summary
HR Manager to oversee and perform a broad range of human resources duties across multiple states, including employment, onboarding/offboarding, policy creation/implementation, benefits management, employee relations, investigations, workers’ compensation and compliance with employment laws; responsibilities include developing and streamlining policies, maintaining employee files and HR handbooks, supporting payroll and daily operations, managing onboarding and training, ensuring I-9 compliance, conducting performance evaluations, open enrollment, maintaining benefits communications, and liaising with employees and management; requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in employee relations, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and ability to work independently in an in-person Grayson, GA office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years HR experience including 5+ years in employee relations
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening
- Subject to a background screening process

- 10+ years of Human Resources experience including 5+ years direct involvement in employee relations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; expert level with Excel
- Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills
- High level of discretion with confidential material
