Job Summary
Strategic and hands-on HR Manager leading full-cycle recruitment across global locations, partnering with hiring managers to build job descriptions, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize the candidate experience; responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, performance management, HR systems integrations, and aligning HR processes across acquisitions and international offices; experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS is a plus; based in the Denver office with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with an emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience in a high-growth or global organization preferred
- Proven success in integrating HR processes across acquisitions or international teams
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are preferred but not required
- Working conditions: full-time position based in Denver office; limited travel
