Job Summary
HR Manager to drive strategic initiatives for employee engagement and retention, and partner across the business on talent mapping and org design. Acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding employee relations, optimizing the annual performance management cycle, and supporting compliance with legal requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating on compensation planning, recruitment programs, internal mobility, and broader People & Culture programs, while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. Requires 2+ years in HR management, CHRL or equivalent, strong relationship-building and communication skills, knowledge of HR principles across North America and Employment Law, and strategic, adaptable thinking.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as HR Manager
- CHRL designation or equivalent
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of HR principles across North America and Employment Law
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
