Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager oversees employee life cycle management including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance across multiple locations. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Willingness and ability to travel to properties in New York for a minimum of 3 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of federal and NYS labor laws and HR compliance requirements
