Job Summary
Lead HR operations, build and execute a strategic HR roadmap aligned with business objectives, and oversee the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding. Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations and organizational effectiveness, drive organizational change initiatives, and advance talent development through succession planning and workforce planning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure consistent HR practices, and ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and workplace safety. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, HR certification preferred, and 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience; strong business-partner mindset, communication, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong background in employee relations, HR compliance, and supporting site-based or operational teams
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and talent development initiatives
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes
