Human Resources Manager

Direct daily HR office operations by overseeing recruitment, total compensation, training, and development while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage all associate transactions including hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations. Coordinate employee relations, incentive programs, and benefit orientations, while investigating workers' compensation claims and safety issues. Maintain accurate records, distribute the employee newsletter, and monitor orientation and training programs. Ensure staff compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, submit required reports, and facilitate positive coaching and discipline processes.
