Human Resources Manager

Oversee daily Human Resource Office activities including recruitment, total compensation, training, and development while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage all aspects of hiring, internal transactions, employee relations, and incentive programs, resolving issues as they arise. Coordinate newsletters, benefits orientations, and 401K enrollments, while investigating workers' compensation claims and managing safety-related issues. Maintain accurate records, submit required reports, and monitor orientation and training programs to ensure staff compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager at an all-suite hotel near ASU and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
