Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection, while coordinating new employee orientations. Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, address conflicts, and foster engagement across the business. Lead performance management systems, assist with appraisals, and develop improvement plans for underperforming staff. Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain accurate records, and implement HR policies. Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing with third-party providers, track employee information, and administer benefits programs. Support the annual salary review and compensation benchmarking. Facilitate training workshops and monitor program effectiveness. Report directly to the Managing Partner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM or PHR certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience
- experience in a professional services or CPA firm environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- working knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds
- Manual dexterity required for operating office equipment
