Job Summary
The HR Leave Administrator oversees and administers all aspects of leave and accommodation management, including communicating with employees about leave and eligibility requirements, gathering and processing required paperwork, determining eligibility, requesting medical documentation, tracking leave concurrency and data, and coordinating accommodations. The role also serves as a liaison between employees and management to ensure compliance with internal processes, with ADP systems experience preferred and a focus on culturally competent care for an underserved population. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or associate degree with alternative years of relevant experience) in business/human resources or related field and 2+ years (or 5+ years with an associate) of leave/accommodation experience; on-site at the Buffalo, NY location with full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/human resources or related field and two (2) or more years’ experience handling leave and accommodation matters
- Associate degree in business/human resources or related field and five (5) or more years’ experience handling leave and accommodation matters
- ADP systems knowledge and experience preferred
- awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential
