Human Resources Internship

As an Allround HR Intern, you’ll be in the thick of HR and recruitment operations, supporting onboarding, contract drafting, personnel changes, exit processes, and data management; assisting with seasonal hiring waves around holidays; helping with internal HR communications, templates, and process updates; and collaborating with colleagues across departments to improve how we support our people. You’ll gain practical experience with HR tools like ATS and HRIS, learn how data and structure keep operations on track, and experience guidance and mentoring within an international, people-first environment. The role is hybrid, based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) with a mix of office and remote work, and offers insights into airline-industry client interactions and cross-cultural teamwork.
