Job Summary
Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling), manage and update job postings across platforms, maintain candidate and employee records, assist with onboarding and new hire experience, help prepare HR reports and documentation, respond to employee queries on HR-related matters, and assist with HR-related projects and initiatives during a paid internship; prospect of full-time employment based on satisfactory performance. Requires recent graduation in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field, strong English communication, confidentiality, and a collaborative work approach.
