Job Summary
Provide day-to-day support for Workday business processes, troubleshooting system issues, data discrepancies, and user inquiries while managing ticket queues. Configure Workday business processes, validations, and security as assigned, then execute functional and user acceptance testing for new enhancements. Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards. Partner with HR stakeholders across Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and Information Technology to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of HRIS experience with Workday
- Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, or Reporting
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting global HR organizations
- Experience with Workday security administration
- Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other case management platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale HR technology initiatives or system implementations
