Job Summary
As a Human Resources Administrator for Venues NSW, provide day-to-day HR support across the network, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements and offboarding, preparing employment contracts and letters, maintaining accurate employee records in HR/payroll systems, assisting with HR reporting and analytics, supporting HR projects and process improvements, and ensuring confidentiality of employee information; ideal candidates are highly organised, detail‐oriented, with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous HR administration, payroll administration, or administrative support role experience, or a recent qualification in Human Resources.
