Job Summary
HR & Health and Safety Specialist responsible for ensuring employee well-being, compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, policy enforcement, and administering HR and safety programs. Responsibilities include handling routine HR inquiries, coordinating safety training, conducting investigations and root-cause analysis, maintaining HRIS data, developing risk assessments and emergency response plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of HR experience; on-site role in Spartanburg, SC. Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS systems, and experience with PLEX ERP and iSolvedHCM is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-4 years related HR experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS Systems
- Experience with PLEX ERP and iSolvedHCM is a plus
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations
- Ability to present and train employees
- On-site work requirement
