Job Summary
Graduate HR trainee focused on data-driven talent initiatives across Sales and Product. You’ll partner with North America-based T&C Business Partners to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports delivering workforce insights; analyze trends in hiring, attrition, performance, and engagement to inform talent decisions; support core T&C programs with reporting and program execution; standardize reporting to improve efficiency; apply AI and analytics tools to enhance reporting and automate manual processes; contribute to continuous improvement across Talent & Culture, and explore new tools to modernize HR through data and technology. The role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and impact, with exposure to talent strategy and workforce analytics in a fast-paced, global environment. Location is India with a flexible hybrid model (Bangalore office 20 days per quarter) and remote options; no relocation package indicated. Required Qualifications
- Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field
