Job Summary
HR Graduate program with rotations across recruitment/onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, HR administration, performance management, and talent development. Includes hands-on HR experiences, data analysis and reporting, and collaboration on cross-functional HR projects within a global organization. Eligible candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have full working rights in Australia or New Zealand, and are prepared to relocate/move for construction projects across Australia and New Zealand; Brisbane-based with opportunities to travel across regions as part of a graduate program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in related field
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
- Full completion of undergraduate level study within the last 3 years (2024 - 2026)
- Mobility, flexibility and the desire to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate.
