Job Summary
HR Global Operations Associate providing essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle and contributing to HR-related projects. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding; preparing and processing employment documentation (offer letters, contracts, amendments, exit paperwork); responding to employee queries on HR policies and systems; supporting HR projects, process improvements, policy updates, and system implementations; gathering and reporting HR data; coordinating meetings and documenting project actions; supporting change management activities; ensuring policy and labor-law compliance; governance for outsourced operations; and collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams. Role is 6 months contract with potential extension, located in Taipei, Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 year of experience in HR administration or operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload, manage multiple priorities in parallel, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
