Job Summary
Partner with HR leadership to implement strategies, policies, and best practices while developing deep venue operations knowledge. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, discipline, and labor laws. Proactively resolve labor issues, conduct workplace investigations, and support full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Manage safety responsibilities including workers' compensation administration and OSHA logs. Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives while assisting with succession planning and departmental goal development. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support event staffing needs at Yankee Stadium.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ABI, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within hospitality, sports, entertainment, or another high-volume environment
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including workers' compensation, workplace safety, EEOC, NLRB, and FLSA regulations
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require, including baseball games, concerts, and special events
- Location: On Site (Yankee Stadium)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Project management experience is preferred
- Previous supervisory or people leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
