Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for supporting the Transportation division HR Manager by developing department goals, coordinating training programs, and performing a broad range of HR duties. Duties include driver payroll issue resolution, verification of employment, recruiting (posting, scheduling interviews, onboarding, hiring events), new employee onboarding (benefits, WorkForce), fostering company culture, coordinating rewards programs, handling employee relations and policy interpretation, coordinating recruitment activities (job descriptions, screening, interviewing, onboarding), conducting new hire orientations, maintaining HRIS records, internal HR audits, and DOT/FMCSA driver compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SuccessFactors, WorkForce, SAP, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
