Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across the organization by partnering with hiring managers to define strategies and build sourcing plans to attract active and passive candidates. Guide candidates through screening, interviewing, and coordination, including travel to branch locations for interviews, hiring events, and career fairs. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by facilitating intake meetings, sharing labor market data, and coaching interview teams on structured practices. Support compensation planning through market research, benchmarking, and participation in merit and pay equity reviews, while guiding managers through performance management and employee relations communications. Partner with Learning & Development to shape onboarding and training programs, drive process improvement using ATS and HRIS platforms, and track metrics into actionable dashboards. This onsite, full-time role requires regular travel and is located in or near Mayfield, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Experience with performance management and engagement tools
- Strong knowledge of performance management practices and federal/state employment laws
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly and apply it effectively in HR workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Successful completion of background checks, assessments, or screenings as required by our client
- Onsite, five days a week
- Located in or near Mayfield, OH
- Regular travel to branch locations to support interviews, hiring events, and career fairs
