Job Summary
Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and coordinate background checks throughout the employment lifecycle. Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations matters including investigations and policy enforcement. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while conducting audits and preparing HR reports. Coordinate employee training, engagement programs, and performance management initiatives. This full-time on-site role at our Texas Plant requires domestic travel up to 25% of the time and manufacturing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- at least three (3) years of human resources experience
- experience in payroll administration
- experience in employee relations
- experience in recruiting
- experience in benefits administration
- demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position
- Ability to travel domestically as needed to support business operations
- Travel may include up to 25% of work time
