Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and equipment setup for new hires. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting, from posting openings to managing candidate selection and offer processes. Assist with employee relations inquiries, policy guidance, and investigations while maintaining accurate records in Dayforce. Process employment verifications, distribute HR correspondence, and support benefits administration and compliance audits. Cross-train across all HR functions to provide flexible support during peak workloads or absences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Regular onsite presence is required to support onboarding activities, employee interactions, HR administrative functions, document management, employment verifications, mail distribution, and other operational responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Dayforce will be a plus
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
- Experience supporting a mid-sized or large organization
