Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for the Smyrna manufacturing facility. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, benefits, attendance, and employee relations matters such as disciplinary documentation and investigations. Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS, ADP, and Time Clock Plus systems while managing onboarding paperwork, I-9 completion, and badge creation. Support temporary workforce management and assist with terminations, unemployment requests, and HR-related projects. Partner with the HR team at the Kennesaw facility for cross-location support as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
