Human Resources Generalist

Maintain accurate employee data and workflows in Paylocity while supporting the full employee lifecycle across employee relations, HR operations, performance management, benefits, and compliance. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Program Management teams to ensure HR actions are timely, consistent, well documented, and supportive of a growing federal contracting organization. This role combines practical people operations support with strong execution across talent initiatives for The One 23 Group.
