Job Summary
HR Generalist role in London, Ontario, providing comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, offers and new-hire documentation, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll support, performance management, safety initiatives, and HR policy and reporting. Responsibilities include managing postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, preparing offers and verification letters, maintaining HRIS and employee records, supporting leaves and salary changes, assisting with performance improvement plans and terminations, participating in the Joint Health and Safety Committee, leading engagement initiatives, contributing to compensation programs and market data, and supporting EH&S initiatives and facility operations. Requires a university degree/diploma in HR, 2+ years HR experience, CHRP designation, and knowledge of relevant HR legislation; experience with ADP and manufacturing context are assets.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- CHRP designation in good standing as a member of the HRPA
- Sound knowledge of applicable human resources legislation, regulations, and best practices, including the Employment Standards Act, WSIB, OHSA, and human rights legislation
Desired Qualifications
