Human Resources Generalist

Hybrid Toronto-based Human Resources Generalist responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. Key duties include posting and screening, coordinating interviews, preparing offers and employment documents, maintaining employee records in the HCM system, supporting performance management and coaching documentation, assisting with employee development initiatives, coordinating onboarding activities and orientation, supporting employee relations, engagement initiatives, HR reporting, and compliance with health and safety programs. Requires post-secondary education in HR or related field and hands-on HR/recruitment experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HCM systems (UKG preferred), and a customer-service orientation in a collaborative, confidential environment.
