Human Resources Generalist Senior

HR Supervisor, Employee Relations overseeing ER case management, grievance and ESC hearing administration, and guidance to supervisors for performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace issues in a 24/7 transit environment. Leads a team of Employee Relations Specialists, strengthens policy application, ensures timely and defensible resolution of matters across bus, rail, STS, maintenance, and administrative divisions, and leads investigations, preparation of case summaries, training, and cross-functional collaboration to promote workforce stability.
