Job Summary
Execute day-to-day HR operations by serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and complaints. Manage assigned areas of employee management including annual reviews, investigations, and performance processes while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Coordinate leave management paperwork and record-keeping, oversee benefit program administration and open enrollment logistics, and update the employee handbook as needed. This role balances administrative compliance with employee-centric assistance across all functional areas. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in human resources and 3+ years of experience, with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resources
- 3+ years of HR experience
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices in a multi-state environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Must include Excel
