Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary
Human Resources Generalist responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to designated business units. Partners with management on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and other HR initiatives. Responsibilities include guiding employees on HR policies, conducting investigations, facilitating performance management, sourcing and interviewing candidates, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance audits, and participating in HR projects. Requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and ability to build relationships to drive employee engagement and organizational success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
