Job Summary
Support routine HR functions for casino properties under the Director of Human Resources, including recruiting, processing new hires, employee relations, leave tracking, and enforcing company policies. Essential duties include coordinating hiring, investigations, policy compliance, terminations assistance, processing I-9s and gaming-related certifications (e.g., Title 31, TIPS, ServSafe), benefits enrollment, new hire orientation, employment verifications, managing FMLA with guidance, maintaining HRIS personnel records, administering workers’ compensation, and assisting with coaching/counseling documents. Travel to assigned casinos as needed; work in an environment with noise and smoky conditions. Requires Nevada Gaming Registration Card and a Valid Nevada Driver License; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; knowledge of HR concepts and confidentiality; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain discretion and integrity.
