Job Summary
Conduct high-volume recruitment for inside sales classes, filling 10-15 new hires quarterly by sourcing candidates, running phone screens, and managing the full hiring lifecycle. Manage onboarding processes from offer to active status, including reference checks, background screenings, and benefits administration. Handle compliance tasks such as I-9s, E-Verify, and unemployment claims while supporting employee relations and offboarding activities. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to drive talent pipeline development and maintain organizational strategy alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of total HR or related HR work history
- 4-year college degree
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be skilled in making high-volume outbound calls
- Partner with all team members and operate with a high level of integrity and trust
- Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and build trust with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in Dallas, TX (remote company with potential 10-15% in-person work)
