Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist supports and administers a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding programs, maintaining HRIS/employee files, administering benefits, handling employee relations, supporting performance management, ensuring legal compliance, assisting payroll/timekeeping, coordinating training, generating HR reports, policy communication, conducting investigations, and responding to employee inquiries. Requires 2–5 years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR) with strong communication, organization, and discretion skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years of Human Resources experience
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
