Job Summary
Support the McDermott Indonesia Fabrication Office throughout the employee lifecycle with day-to-day HR operational support covering onboarding, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR operations, and reporting. Partner closely with business leaders and employees across various functions to manage HR operations for a sizable workforce, including Industrial Relations (IR), workforce management, employee engagement, and labor law compliance. Prioritize experience managing HR operations for large-scale manpower populations in labor-intensive environments such as fabrication, manufacturing, construction, shipyard, oil & gas, logistics, or mining.
