Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for a full range of HR functions with emphasis on HRIS administration and data integrity; manages high-volume seasonal data and paperwork, processes court orders and garnishments, serves as primary for HR email, and maintains HRIS accuracy and security while supporting system upgrades and training. Key duties include full-cycle recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, documentation and SOPs, data audits, and providing data insights to HR leadership. Proficient in HRIS platforms (ADP, Paycor, BambooHR, Salesforce, Docusign) with a focus on regulatory compliance and data privacy; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years HR experience, detail-oriented, tech-driven, and capable of balancing administrative tasks with HRIS administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience, including hands-on HRIS administration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms/systems (ADP, Paycor, BambooHR, Salesforce, Docusign, etc.)
- Motivated, self-starter with proactive initiative, excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
